  🔵🟠🔴🟢🟣 **The notification is now a lifecycle card that updates in place.** A colored rail shows state at a glance: blue in review, amber running, red blocked, green ready, purple merged. The same message updates as the MR progresses, so a channel shows one current card per MR instead of a trail of stale posts.
